Account Creation
To set up a JunX account:
1. Download the JunXyz app from the App Store.
2. Open the app.
3. Choose a sign-up method, then follow the steps to create your account.
Note: Make sure your email and phone number are valid as they're needed for log in + password recovery.
Speed Dating
To join the Speed Dating Portal:
1. Complete onboarding process.
2. Join the portal once the "join now" flashes.
3. Accept speed date invites.
Note: You may also send My Type matches without video chat from the Speed Dating Portal.
Subscription(s)
To subscribe to JunX:
1. Select icon to open left sidebar.
2. Click Subscription.
3. Choose your preferred subscription and complete the purchase.
Note: This is a monthly payment membership.
In-App Purchases
To purchase in-app purchases:
1. Select icon to open left sidebar.
2. Click Purchase credits.
3. Choose your preferred credits option and complete the purchase.
Note: This is a one time purchase.
Account Deletion
To delete your account:
1. Select icon to open left sidebar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Delete Account and complete the deletion process.
Note: You may also send My Type matches without video chat from the Speed Dating Portal.
